Frequently Asked Questions
The key difference between coaching and therapy lies in their focus and objectives.
Therapy often looks backward to heal past trauma or treat specific clinical diagnoses.
Coaching is forward-facing. We focus on where you are now and where you want to be. While we will certainly address the emotions and mindsets keeping you stuck, our work is primarily about sustainable habit-building, and nervous system regulation. If I feel your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will always help you find the right clinical resource.
As a women's burnout coach, the emphasis is on empowering you to identify your current challenges and opportunities, crafting a clear plan to improve your overall well-being and achieve meaningful, sustainable change. This approach supports you in creating actionable steps toward a healthier, more balanced life while maintaining a professional and supportive partnership tailored to your unique needs.
Coaching is personalized to you—your life, your pace, your needs.
You can expect:
An opening mindfulness exercise to settle into the space at the beginning of each session
Deep listening, honest conversation, and space to slow down and reflect.
Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and find practical ways to help you reconnect with yourself. This is a collaborative space for growth, clarity, and realignment. No busywork. No rigid plans. Just real support that fits into your life.
That depends on where you are and how much support you need right now. Because getting out of survival mode doesn't happen overnight, I offer two specific containers designed to meet you exactly where you are:
The 1-Month Reset: When your days feel entirely reactive and exhausting, this container is designed to simply help you hit pause. We don’t focus on massive life changes here; instead, we focus on regulating your nervous system and creating small moments of stability. As a Registered Nurse, my first priority is helping you slow down enough to take a breath and feel safe in your own body again.
The 3-Month Realignment: This is where we gently peel back the layers of exhaustion. Because burnout is often tied to an invisible cycle of unrealistic standards and a constant pressure to "keep up", it takes time to soften and change those patterns. Over 12 weeks, we work through the Realigned Life framework to help you remember who you are underneath the roles. We don't just manage your stress—we work together to help you move beyond burnout and disconnection and back into your beautiful life.
I hear you, and honestly, that "I don't have time" feeling is the first symptom of burnout we’ll tackle. My coaching isn't about adding more to your "to-do" list; it’s about subtracting the fluff and reclaiming your energy. We work in "micro-shifts" that fit into your actual life, not a perfectly curated version of it. Consider this an investment that eventually gives you more time back.
My pricing reflects the high-level, clinical, and holistic support you receive as we work to regulate your nervous system and reclaim your life. This isn't just talking over zoom, this is real, practical work that will help you clear the mental fog of overwhelm and reconnect with the version of yourself that has energy, clarity, and the capacity to enjoy life. Check out my services page to see exact amounts of each offer.
Because I want this to be a 'yes', I offer flexible payment plans for my 3-month container.
We can discuss the exact investment for the path you choose and ensure the logistics feel as supportive as the coaching itself.
Absolutely. My 3-month package includes Priority Signal and Email Support so you never feel like you’re 'doing this alone.' Whether you have a quick question, a win to celebrate, or a stress loop you need to get 'off your chest' at 8:00 PM, my inbox is open to you.
To provide you with high-level, intentional coaching while modeling the exact boundaries we work on together, I respond to all messages during my professional office hours (M-F, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM). This structure ensures I can give you my full clinical focus and thoughtful guidance, while honoring the 'off-the-clock' time essential for nervous system recovery—for both of us. It’s high-touch support that doesn't leave either of us feeling tethered to our phones 24/7.
